So I've decided that it's necessary to take some notes on the brewing - mostly so that I can learn from mistakes, and those occasional successes, and also because my wife has a blog and now it seems everyone has to have one.
I'll post up a summary of the first three months of brewing thus far - it's been remarkably easy, to be honest, but there are so many areas where I can make improvements that it can still only get better.
